Recipe-Beef Stewp

Take a big pot and add 1 can stewed tomatoes. I usually cut up a round steak into chunks, but you can use stew meat, too. Add the chunks (size depends on your preference) to the pot. Fill the pot up with water about three quarters of the way full(depending on how many veggies you want). I usually add a cut up medium onion, 2 or 3 stalks of chopped up celery to the initial mix, as well. I season it with season salt, lemon and pepper seasoning, some parsley, a can of beef broth, and few cubes of beef boullion, about a half a teaspoon of chopped garlic and a generous dose of Worchestershire sauce. Boil it down some til the smell starts to become appealing. I usually let it boil for about 30 minutes or so.

Meanwhile, peel 4 to 6 medium potatoes, 4 to 6 carrots and chopped them up. I chop the potatoes into three quarter inch chunks and the carrots into quarter inch thick discs.

When the stewp is nice and boiled down about an inch from the original water line, add the carrots. Let it boil some 15 or 20 more minutes. Then add a can of corn (or frozen, depending on your tastes), a can of green beans (or frozen -same as the corn-your tastes). Let is cook for about 15 minutes, then add the potatoes. I like my food a little on the peppery side, so I'll add some more lemon and pepper to the mix at this point. Then sit back and let it cook until the carrots and potatoes are soft and Voila! Beef Stewp!!!!!!!!

I hope you like it.
