Expanding The Niche

If you're like I am, then you probably want to find ways to stretch the tentacles of your market. I have found that it is easier to do this by adding things to your existing niche. It's sort of like a child will add more building blocks to the 'fort' he has already built. Once the child sees that his creation is solid, sooner or later, he'll look for ways to add on to it. He'll see the structure for what it is, and then his mind will begin to imagine a bigger, better structure-one that will add to the whole idea, instead of taking away from it.

I'd like to think that this is a good thing. But sometimes, too much is just too much. The key for the child is figuring out when too much begins to be too much. It's the same for niche building.

I've tried to stay within the confines of the iPod download niche market and still offer great deals on related items, as well. That's why I added the other items that I have. I believe that by offering these other items, folks will have the opportunity to further investigate an itch that requires scratching.
